2010 Tech Local 130 Remittance Reports

WebCore Reporting Tool is now MANDATORY.

All contractor reporting is required to be posted through the WebCore Contractor Reporting Tool. Most Contractors have had the tool installed and received training on how to report using this tool.

If you are not yet using WebCore, please call us immediately to schedule installation and training. This takes 15 to 20 minutes and is done over the phone and the internet. This will not require an office visit.

2010 Reports

The 2010 Local 130 Technical Engineering Contractor Remittance Reports effective for the period of August 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011, the effective date of the new Technical Engineering Collective Bargaining Agreement, are available below.

This report automates all of the calculations and validates the correctness of most items on the report. We therefore encourage all contractors to use the electronic form of this report instead of printing the report and filling it out manually. The new reports all require the use of Microsoft Excel versions 2000 through 2007. They also require that ‘Macros’ are enabled within Microsoft Excel in order to use the new report.

Download Instructions

Please download the report to your computer by ‘right clicking’ on the report that you need and select ‘save target’ or ‘save file’ (depending on your browser). The next screen will ask you where on your computer would you like to save the report. We recommend that you download it to your desktop. This makes the report easier to find and you can move it after a successful download.

How to enable macros

The 2010 reports all require the use of Microsoft Excel versions 2000 through 2007. They also require that ‘Macros’ are enabled within Microsoft Excel in order to use the 2010 report. Here is a document to help guide you through this process:

Printing

The 2010 reports are formatted for printing on legal size paper (8.5" by 14"). Please do not print on letter size (8.5″ × 11″) as it’s much too small to read. If you don’t have legal size paper, please print across two letter size pages until legal size paper is available to you. Please be sure to print all the worksheets in the report.
