The Past Local 130 Plumbers Remittance Reports

These are the Local 130 Plumbing Contractor Remittance Reports effective for the period of June 1, 2009 through July 31, 2010.

These reports automate all of the calculations and validates the correctness of most items on the report. We therefore encourage all contractors to use the electronic form of this report instead of printing the report and filling it out manually. These reports all require the use of Microsoft Excel versions 2000 or newer. They also require that ‘Macros’ are enabled within Microsoft Excel in order to use the report.

Remittance Report Types

Please note that there are different versions of the report based on your company’s agreement with Local 130. Most companies have signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement and must use the Signatory Contractor Plumbers Forms. All other companies have different agreements with Local 130 and require a report specific to their agreement.

Please Note: If you have a CD containing the Contractor Report, that report was for demonstration purposes and is not for final use. Please download the latest version of the report using the link below.

Please download the report to your computer by ‘right clicking’ on the report that you need and select ‘save target’ or ‘save file’ (depending on your browser). The next screen will ask you where on your computer would you like to save the report. We recommend that you download it to your desktop. This makes the report easier to find and you can move it after a successful download.

How to enable macros

These reports all require the use of Microsoft Excel versions 2000 or newer. They also require that ‘Macros’ are enabled within Microsoft Excel in order to use the new report. Here is a document to help guide you through this process:

Printing

These reports are formatted for printing on legal size paper (8.5" by 14"). Please do not print on letter size (8.5″ × 11″) as it’s much too small to read. If you don’t have legal size paper, please print across two letter size pages until legal size paper is available to you. Please be sure to print all the worksheets in the report.
