WCLX or the Windy City Lindy Exchange

WCLX or the Windy City Lindy Exchange is a weekend-long celebration of jazz music and swing dancing. It invites people from all over the world and the Chicago Metropolitan area to see amazing musicians and great dancers in some of the best venues that Chicago has to offer.

The preservation swing and Lindy Hop dance styles

Starting in 2004, WCLX has been run by a formal not-for-profit organization called the Chicago Swing Music Festival NFP. CSMF is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of swing and Lindy Hop dance styles which is done by organizing dances, workshops and events in the Chicago Metropolitan area centered on the annual exchange.
