City of Chicago and State of Illinois license renewal

The Plumbing License four-hour C.E.U. classes are offered at no charge to Local 130 Members or Contractors. Only one four-hour class is required in the year prior to the renewal anniversary date of your license.

2009 Plumbing Course Enrollment Request Form

Once completed, please mail or fax the registration sheet to the J.A.C. Office at least two weeks prior to the class. Note: Faxing of this form is only available for Local 130 members

2009 Class Dates

The dates for 2009 License Renewal Classes are:

• February 5, 2009
• March 12, 2009
• April 2, 2009
• September 3, 2009
• October 1, 2009
• November 5, 2009

Registration lines open at 4:00pm. Class starts at 5:00pm sharp. DON’T BE LATE! Certificates are awarded at the end of the night (9:00pm).

Note: You may want to bring a football cushion with you. Complimentary soda will be provided at the breaks. Snacks are not available.
