Local 130 Members Bring Cheer to inner city children

Santa is Big Hit at Annual Kids Christmas Party

Hundreds of local area children from over 13 schools celebrate with Santa at the Annual Kids Christmas Party. Started in 1993, Local 130’s ‘Kids Party’ makes hundreds of children’s Chirstmas Season light up through the simple act of giving.

Inner city school children from the city’s west side are treated to a delightful day with Santa’s helpers, apprentices, office staff, and volunteers to do everything from cooking to cleaning to gift sorting!

Hundreds 1st graders from local Chicago area schools participate in the Annual Kids Christmas Party. Over 200 young choral singers from the Skinner School Choir pictured above.
