Rebuilding Together 2010

All it takes is teamwork, a little free time and a big heart.!

The following 180 Local 130, UA members had all three of the above on Saturday, April 24th, 2010, giving up part of their weekend to repair serious plumbing problems in 75 homes, four non-profit community centers and one park in Chicago and suburban Berwyn where homeowners and neighborhoods really needed their help. Once again our members answered the call — and Local 130 is proud of each and every volunteer. We also thank the contractors who donated the use of their vans, tools and equipment and the supply houses whose generous contributions of parts, faucets and fixtures make this great community service effort possible each spring.
